Welcome to our Career Technical Education (CTE) Programming for Middle School Students!

At the School of Innovation, we are dedicated to preparing our students for success in the 21st century workforce. Our Career Technical Education program is designed to introduce middle school students to a variety of career pathways, hands-on skills, and real-world experiences. Students are supported in this process to be “high school ready.” In that, they are building employability skills, building self-awareness, building the ability to make good choices, building a high school plan, building appropriate technical skills, and building their career awareness and exposure.

1. Exploration of Career Pathways: Our CTE program offers a diverse range of career programs, exposing students to various industries and professions. From business, technology and engineering to healthcare and culinary arts, students have the opportunity to explore their interests and discover potential career options.

2. Hands-On Learning: We believe in learning by doing. Our CTE courses provide students with practical, hands-on experiences that go beyond traditional classroom settings. Through projects and activities, they develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills essential for future success.
